  • How do I know what size will fit my pet?

    You can reference the sizing chart found on the store page.

  • How do I measure my dog’s neck?

    Measure the neck where the collar would normally sit, and place 2 fingers in between the measuring tape and the neck. For example, if your dog’s neck measures 16 inches, then you would choose a collar size that measures 16 inches.

  • Can I order online and pick up in store?

    No. We do not have a store front.  All orders are received by mail.

  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    No. At this time, delivery is standard ground shipping

  • How long do I have to return a product?

    You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item.

  • How are your prices so competitive?

    We can keep cost down because everything is made in-house and not outsourced.

  • Where are your products made?

    All materials used are made in the U.S.A. except the polyester ripstop.  All products are assembled in Texas.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
